Digi-Booth Terms & Conditions

The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between the Operator (Digi-Booth) and the Customer/Hirer (The Customer / Hirer – You, the person making the booking) for the hire of the photo booth for the booked event. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.

Copyright- All information, content and images copyright belong to Digi-Group / Digi-Booth. If you wish to use any content from this site, you must get prior permission of the copyright holder. Digi-Booth reserve the right to use any images captured in the booths for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes social media, printed material and marketing material.

Hire Period– Digi-Booth shall need access to the set up location approximately 1 hour prior to the booth opening.

Digi-Booth shall have the booth operational for a minimum 90% of the hire duration. From time to time our operators may need access to the booth to perform maintenance. If your booking over runs, we reserve the right to charge an additional rental fee £100 per hour. Early setup and idle time shall be billed at £25 per hour. Should the booth not be ready at the agreed time, due to our (Digi-Booth) fault, we shall add the time onto the end of the hire.

Should the booth not be ready for the agreed time due to unforeseen circumstances, delays caused by the venue or venues being changed, the original hire end time will remain. In the event of the booth being ready to open, but delayed due to previous activates by the customer or venue, the original end time as stated on the booking form will be enforced. If were unable to attend due to circumstances out of our control, then our liability will be limited to refunding all monies paid.

Payment– A £50 deposit is required to confirm any booking. The outstanding balance will be invoiced 21 days prior to the agreed hire date, or MUST be paid on the night prior to the booth being constructed.  If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, they must do so no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled hire. A refund will be issued at that time, any cancellation less than 30 days will forfeit any monies paid.

Booth Requirements– We advise all customers to check with their venue, that there is adequate space available before making a booking. All our booths with exception on the Selfie booth need an area 3 metres x 2 metres. Our Selfie booth without a background required 1 metre x 0.5 metres. Please also check there is a working 13amp plug within 3meters of your chosen location. If your venue require a copy of our PAT or insurance certificate, please let us know prior to the booking/event.

Safe Operation- Whilst we encourage all ages to enjoy and use the booth, children must be accompanied at all times by a parent or adult guardian. Our staff have the right to work in a safe environment, if it any time our staff feel harassed or intimidated by the behaviour of guests or they feel any of the equipment may be damaged, we reserve the right to withdraw from the event at any time once it started. No refund will be issued.

Any damage to our equipment as a result of negligence or negligent behaviour, during the hire will be compensated in full by the hirer. This includes any future loss of business arising out of the booth not being available for other bookings.

Please note that no food or drink is to be taken into the photo booth or selfie booth area.

 

Props– All props remain the property of Digi-Booth. The hirer is responsible for any loss resulting from theft or negligent damage to the props whilst we’re onsite.
